An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Please DO NOT post any personal information in your comments. Comments should not contain addresses, phone numbers, social security numbers, credit card numbers, or any other information that you do not want the world to be able to see. Please do not post any of the above information that belongs to someone else. Anyone who visits this site can see your comment. If any comment is submitted with this information on it, we will remove it as soon as we are able.

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Contact forms

If you fill out any forms requesting more information about a vehicle on our lot or ask us to contact you via the forms, you consent to having our website store your information so that we may reach out to you with the requested information. We may do this either by email or a phone call. This information will be stored in this website and this website only. By contacting us, you will NOT be automatically adding your email to our email list. Please contact us directly if you would like to request the deletion of any contact information that you may have stored on our website.

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

Embedded content from other websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

Analytics

Like most other websites out there, we use Google Analytics to track how our website is performing and gain insight into what is working and what is not working. This information is limited to the pages you visited on our website, if you clicked any external links on our site (our records stop after you leave our site), duration of your visit, and generalized location information (country of origin only) based off of your IP address. All data from the website is completely anonymous and has no personally identifiable markers associated with it. All other data that you submit to the website is retained on our website and our website only.

Who we share your data with

At this time, the only third party that receives any of the data this website collects is Google Analytics.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Where we send your data

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.

Your contact information

Your contact information will never be shared with anyone outside of the dealership. Any and all contact information that we obtain from you via this website will be used exclusively for doing business with you or interacting with you. Your contact information will never be used for any other reason.

Additional information

How we protect your data

All data on the website is protected by industry standard anti-malware and anti-virus protection. All information is password protected and stored only on this website.

What data breach procedures we have in place

In the event of a data breach, we will send out a notification to everyone whose data may have been compromised with a strong advisement to immediately change any passwords associated with the email addresses we have on file for you. We do not store any personally identifiable information (credit card numbers, social security numbers, etc) on our website. We will report the breach to the relevant authorities within 72 hours of us becoming aware of the breach and comply with any requests that they might make for access to the data we store. We will work hard with the help of our hosting company to identify how the breach occurred and fix it so that it does not happen again.

What third parties we receive data from

The only third party we receive data from is Google Analytics, and that is data from our website that they collect and process. We do not use any other third parties.

What automated decision making and/or profiling we do with user data

At this time (and in the foreseeable future) we do not use any user data to conduct any sort of automated decision making and/or profiling.
